Posting these ornaments so you can start thinking ahead! Most of you (including myself) can’t begin to think about Christmas, but I have a few of you that are way ahead of the rest of us.

I inked this painting for my husband’s office, but he decided he liked it so much that he wanted to display it in our home. ☺️ The inspiration comes from a few lines of a song he wrote a while back:
Treasured Up
Let every crack become a place
Where brokenness reveals your grace.
This fragile clay was always meant
to carry treasure Heaven sent.
So, break me open, let them see
Jesus alive and working in me.
My life, my hope, my everything
Is treasured up in Him.
(2 Corinthians 4:7)

Michael and I have started working through the newest Experiencing God study. I do love a good book cover (and I know the content will be great as well). So, I decided to ink a painting with that inspiration in mind.

It has been a while since I have had a chance to create. This is my last piece I inked in February, before life got crazy (in a good way)! I am so glad I got to create this piece for my dear friend, Sara! I got to worship with these lyrics and pray for her while creating this for her space. “Lord, when You asked me to lay my wounded heart to rest
Down in the valley, rivers of tears that I had wept
Restart my heart brand new, fully brought in to You
All that I’ve lost is found in You”
(“There Goes that Man”)
