We don’t do many collaborations. When we do, the idea has to feel worth it.

Rampart Studio came to us with one.

Take the Bernhardt Tempest — with its signature sun-and-moon subdial that completes one full rotation each day — and retool the display as a 24-hour military time indicator.

Also, refinish the subdial in deep purple with white printing

Also, do all the work in-house, in the United States.

So we did.

The result is a watch that feels unmistakably Bernhardt, but with Rampart Studio’s artistic fingerprint. These pieces were a labor of love, and we’re genuinely thrilled with how they turned out.

We couldn’t decide whether the watch looked better on steel or suede, so we decided not to choose. Each one ships with both steel and suede bracelets.

Tempest on Steel
We’re proud of the suede strap we built for the Tempest.
But summer heat changes the equation.
So we’re adding another option: an integrated 316L stainless steel bracelet, PVD coated in black.
No price increase. Just choose the version you want.

The Outpost GMT features a full-lume BGW9 dial, white in daylight, glowing blue in the dark, but its most unique detail is something subtle: a unique dial texture that resolves into a mountain silhouette only when the lume activates or UV light hits.
During the day, the dial shows a soft, organic texture. At night, that same texture becomes the outline of a mountain range etched into the lume itself, revealed only when the watch glows
It’s a quiet reference to the landscapes that inspired the design, a ridge that doesn’t reveal itself until conditions change.
A color-matched GMT hand completes the effect, making the GMT indicator appear to float above the dial, unobstructed.
