Fries❤️VA! Country livin’ to Main Street! This is a long video, after all the recent rains! Everything is beautiful and Fries is showing off! 🎉Side note! This is my Hometown and today is my 🥳birthday…, so I videoed a little extra, (and enjoyed a cotton mill burger with friends from the Windy River Cafe)!!!

Galax❤️VA! Jeff Matthew’s Memorial Museum and the New River Trail State Park! Let’s hear more train talk from Eddie, the Curator of the Jeff Matthews Memorial Museum at 606 W. Stuart Drive and then head over to the Galax Trailhead where you can first hand experience the “rails to trails” via walking, running, biking, horseback riding at 212 E. Stuart Drive! ~October 15th, 1985 was the last train run in Galax❤️VA, 41 years ago! ~The tragic train wreck anniversary of Fries❤️VA, will be coming up this November, 1928…, 98 years ago! ~Go see Eddie for more detailed information! More about the museum artifacts will be shared this Saturday! What a story of overcoming to where Galax is today!!!🙌🏼

Fries❤️VA! Country Livin’, after the heavy rains. Things have settled down and the sun is finding its way out beautifully with some winds to help dry the land. You can see my pond showing off! ~I’d still wait a bit before going in the New River, (or check to make sure enough times passed for debris to settle and loosened trees and limbs as well). Here on my land there’s some minor shifting of the creeks and some wear and tear. 🙌🏼I’ll take it! This is the beauty and cost of living near water. God’s Beautiful Creation! If you like ❤️hearts…., wait till the end of the video! My pond is shaped like a heart when you view it from my little rolling hill. ~I hope/pray that all those impacted get the 🙏🏼resources and help they need! God Bless the🙌🏼helpers!!!

Fries❤️VA! Riverside Boat Landing! 7299 Riverside Dr.! The New River has risen with all the rain. We are expecting more rain tomorrow. Debris is loose in the water and most likely along the banks. I believe there’s a latrine in the water at the end of the video. I couldn’t tell if it was floating or hopefully somehow stabilized (🙏🏼🥺😳). Take your time out there! This was around3:15pm!
