nd of the highest quality. We also provide degreasing of parts if necessary, and carburetor ultrasonic cleaning. Vapor Blasting
Our Hurricane Wet Blasting Machine is designed to blast many sizes of components. machine uses a sealless slurry pump to agitate the abrasive (glass bead) and water into a slurry mixture. The slurry mixture is then pumped to the abrasive blast gun where air pressure, accelerates the mixture to the desired pressure rating. The work area dimensions are 36" x 36" x 30"H, and the Door is 30" x 25"H. Degrease / Decarbonize
We have a Magnus, Inc. pneumatic driven platform agitation parts washer. The agitating method is far more effective than any other conventional method and is one of the best methods to clean, degrease, & decarbonize your parts. The agitating method is simple: moving the dirty parts up and down in the heated aqueous cleaning solution up to 160 times per minute shears dirt from the parts. At each vertical motion the solution reaches all part surfaces including the deep recesses, removing dirt and grease. Ultrasonic Carburetor Cleaning
For ultrasonic cleaning of carburetor parts, we would prefer disassembled carburetors for this service but will dismantle complete carbs, clean and bag parts if required, (for a fee). We do not offer a rebuild service at this time. Contact Us Today! Our policy is to charge only for the actual time it takes to clean each part. Once we have your parts we'll be able give an accurate cost and contact you before any work begins.
