Come in to Glass City Coins to purchase Hobo Nickels as done by local artist Shane Hunter!

Created on actual Buffalo Nickels, Shane has recreated Hobo Nickels done in the style of the originals done during the 1920s and 1930s by Traveling Hobos. Those Hobos would hand carve buffalo nickels and trade them for meals, room and board, or money. They have become a special part of collecting by Numismatists. Some of these original nickels have sold for thousands of dollars at auction.
