How To Take Mold Impressions For Grillz

Read Mold Impression Kit instructions closely before attempting to do mold impression.

**Please “Brush” and “Floss” your teeth before taking impression, so that we receive the best mold possible to create your Custom-Fit grillz.**

Mold Impression Kit:

1 Blue Putty

1 White Putty

1 Impression Tray

1 Plastic bag

Mold Impression Instructions:

1. Mix the Blue and White putty together until putty turns one color. Mix putty for 30 seconds.

2. Roll putty into mini sausage shape then, place putty into impression tray.

3. Take putty filled Impression tray and quickly place in mouth. Bite down on putty so that gum line is completely covered. (Tip: Lift lip so that when you bite, you will get a nice clean mold impression.)

4. Bite and hold for 5 minutes. Once 5 minutes are up, slowly wiggle tray out of your mouth.

5. Check for clean gum line in mold impression tray. If mold is good, then place mold in plastic bag.

6. Send mold back to us using pre-paid shipping label that came with your order. (Note: Order must be sent in a USPS Priority Mail box.)
