"I was recommended to Klein's by a friend. The created a custom ring for me using a loose gem I already had. They were very easy to work with and followed my directions perfectly. The communication with them was easy and prompt. The turnaround time was reasonable, as was the pricing. I plan to become a repeat customer." says Elizabeth on Google

"Had an amazing experience at Klein’s, I was visiting from Phoenix and picked out earrings and a flexi bangle bracelet and not only did Klein’s beat the prices my local jewelers were quoting, they were able to turnaround my order quickly so I could pick my pieces up before the end of my Houston trip.
