From family vacation straight to Vegas ✈️🤍

The last couple of weeks have been full in the best way. First, quality time with the people I love most, then a few days completely immersed in learning, growing, and dreaming bigger for Desert Bloom Welds.

Over the course of the conference, I spent about 15 hours in classes learning how to better serve my clients, elevate the experience I provide, and continue building a business that’s not only meaningful, but sustainable for my family.

I got to see new chains and tools in person, learn from some incredible mentors, eat some amazing food, and experience a little bit of Vegas along the way.

But if I’m being honest, the best part wasn’t any of that.

The best part was the women.

The conversations in hallways. The encouragement. The willingness to share knowledge and experiences. The friendships that formed so quickly because they were built on mutual understanding, support, and a shared love for what we do.

I left with pages of notes, plenty of ideas, and a heart that’s very full. But more than anything, I left feeling grateful for the relationships I made and inspired by the incredible women I met.

I can’t wait to bring everything I learned back to Desert Bloom Welds and continue creating an experience that feels intentional, personal, and worth remembering. 🤍✨

One plane home, one plane to Vegas ✈️🤍

Said goodbye to family vacation mode and officially headed into “work trip” mode… except this kind of work still feels surreal sometimes. 🥹

A few days of meeting new friends, learning from some of the best in the permanent jewelry industry, getting inspired, leveling up Desert Bloom Welds, and probably surviving on caffeine and adrenaline 😂✨

So grateful this little business of mine keeps opening doors I never imagined. Vegas, let’s do this 🤠💖

Y’all pray for me though - just watched my baby get on a plane very confused as to why mommy wasn’t coming with her 😢 sometimes feelings are bittersweet.
