Our owner Taylor took quality control very seriously with this one.

Black leather. Hot pink roses. Fringe for days. A matching vest. And absolutely no chance these were making it into the auction without a full try-on first.

Sadly for Taylor, she has to give them back.
Lucky for you, they’re headed to an upcoming Eastside Estate Liquidation auction. 👀

Follow along — these beauties will be up for grabs soon.

Occupational hazard: occasionally falling in love with the inventory.

POV: You send Susan into a house to prep an upcoming auction and she finds her new work uniform.

We really do find EVERYTHING. 😂

Yes, this will be making an appearance in an upcoming auction. Because of course it will.

Absolutely adore these humans. 🧡

Days like this remind us that downsizing truly takes a team. From the real estate, to the move, to everything we do in between, we each play an integral role in making a major life transition feel a little less overwhelming.

There’s something pretty special about good people coming together to make the process easier for our clients.

Meaningful work with some really great humans. 🧡

Meet Susan, one of the newest members of our team. 🧡
We discovered this very cool 1931 Hohner Art Deco piano accordion tucked away in one of our client’s homes. Naturally, we were intrigued.

Then Susan casually picked it up and started playing it.

Apparently, “plays 1930s accordion on command” was a skill she neglected to put on her résumé. 😂

Needless to say, we adore her already.

And because this is estate liquidation, yes, you can buy the accordion. 😉 It’s up for bid now in “An Eye For Everything — A West Seattle Auction,” along with a seriously fun collection of unexpected finds.

Shop the auction → Current Auctions at the link in our bio. 🧡

Just another completely normal day at Eastside Estate Liquidation.
