✨A little dream just found a new home✨

I’m so excited to share that My Sister’s Things is now available L’Artisan Market Riverside !

Being part of a space that celebrates local artists and handmade craftsmanship means so much to me. Every pair of earrings is handcrafted with lightweight polymer clay and finished with hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel, so they’re made to be as comfortable as they are beautiful—even for sensitive ears.

If you’ve been wanting to see my jewelry in person, now you can! Come experience the delicate details up close, and while you’re there, take your time exploring all of the incredible local artists whose work fills the shop. There are so many talented makers creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces, and I’m honored to be among them.

Best piece of advice I’ve ever gotten? A coworker told me early on in hospice nursing: “You have to have an outlet. Find the thing that brings you joy, the thing you can lose yourself in, because this work will take everything from you if you let it.” 💛
I didn’t know it at the time, but that advice is the entire reason My Sister’s Things exists. I needed somewhere to put all the heavy stuff my brain was carrying, and rolling clay between my fingers became that outlet.
So tell me — what’s the best advice you’ve ever gotten? The kind that actually changed something for you 👇

POV: I overheard a woman say she’s worn the same pair of earrings every day for FIVE YEARS. 😳

Me: absolutely not.

Listen, if you’ve worn the same earrings for five years, they’re basically part of your anatomy at this point.

Your earrings should be like your coffee order, your favorite lipstick, or your playlist—they can change with your mood.

You weren’t made to blend in.

You’re allowed to be floral on Monday, bold on Wednesday, and a little extra on Saturday. ✨

Life is busy enough. Your accessories should bring you joy, help you feel put together, and remind the world that there’s nobody else quite like you.

So go ahead…
Wear the fun earrings.
Wear the colorful earrings.
Wear the ones people remember.

Because “same earrings for five years” could never be us. 💁‍♀️
