If you cancel after making payment, we will refund half your payment for the cost of the materials needed to make your item. If you receive your item and it has been da
maged due to the post office, you can return it to us and we will do what we can to fix or replace the item and will refund the shipping it cost you to send it back. We communicate with our customers as much as possible, especially if we are making a custom item. We make sure that you see photos of your item AS it is being made, and when it is done for your final approval. Once it has been approved by you, packaged, and mailed off, we will NOT refund you if you tell us it wasn't what you thought you were buying. This is why we take photos and show the customers as we are making the custom item. We also make sure you know what materials are being used and what charms/pendants are made out of so you know ahead of time and you also get photos of those as well.
