Watch Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist
Full-Time | On-Site | Retail Sales & Digital Marketing
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and creative Watch Sales & Digital Marketing
Specialist to join our team full-time. This position combines luxury watch sales and customer
service with social media management, website creation, and ongoing website
maintenance.
The ideal candidate is passionate about watches, enjoys working with customers, and has a
strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce. This is a hands-on position for someone
who can confidently move between helping a customer select the perfect watch and creating
engaging online content that represents our brand.
We are looking for someone who can grow with our business and take an active role in
expanding both our in-store customer experience and online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Watch Sales & Customer Service
● Welcome customers and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
● Learn and understand our watch collections, brands, features, pricing, and availability.
● Assist customers in selecting watches based on their preferences, style, needs, and
budget.
● Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
● Answer questions regarding watches, movements, materials, warranties, care, and
features.
● Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence on the sales floor.
● Process sales, payments, special orders, and customer requests accurately.
● Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked sales environment.
Social Media Management
● Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
● Create engaging posts, videos, reels, stories, and other content featuring watches,
products, promotions, and the business.
● Photograph and video watches and other products for marketing purposes.
● Develop creative content ideas that increase engagement and attract new customers.
● Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and posting schedule.
● Respond to social media comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
● Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve social media performance.
● Stay current with social media trends and content formats relevant to retail and luxury
products.
● Assist with social media promotions, product launches, events, and special campaigns.
Website Creation & Maintenance
● Create, update, and maintain the company's website.
● Add new watches, products, descriptions, photographs, pricing, and inventory
information.
● Keep website content accurate, current, and visually appealing.
● Assist with website design, layout, navigation, and overall customer experience.
● Create and update product pages and promotional landing pages.
● Make routine website updates and troubleshoot basic website issues.
● Ensure product information and links are accurate and functioning properly.
● Help improve website visibility through basic SEO practices.
● Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Work with outside website developers, photographers, or marketing partners when
necessary.
Qualifications
Required:
● Previous retail sales, customer service, or related experience.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong attention to detail and organization.
● Ability to learn detailed product information and communicate it clearly.
● Basic computer and technology skills.
● Ability to create professional written and visual content.
● Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
● Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
● Experience with website creation or content management systems such as Shopify,
WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
● Experience with e-commerce and online product listings.
● Photography or video experience.
● Knowledge of basic SEO and digital marketing.
● Experience creating short-form video content.
● Knowledge or passion for watches and the watch industry.
