Rose Jewelers We create high quality fine jewelry Local family owned and operated jewelers since 1980. My father got his name doing the work for 29 stores in the area.

Rose Jewelers was founded in 1980 by Jim Rose III, known by family as “Big Jim.” When he retired, he passed the reins to his son, Jim Rose IV, who intends to carry the torch for another 40 years. He has passed his knowledge down to me, and we opened up to doing work for the general public in 2003. Because of this we can offer top quality jewelry and repair at fair prices. For custom pieces and engagement ring design, I please ask that you call and set up a time to drop in. I prefer to spend a little time with you to explain the many different options there are available today for building jewelry. Whether you are looking for an affordable diamond alternative, or an investment grade pink diamond, we will make sure you are getting a quality gemstone at a fair price.

Just a quick PSA for our community!

There are some folks out there selling gold at gas stations, stores, parking lots etc. It is a scam.

This is the most common piece we see come through. They have been doing it for years, but there are rings, other chains, even some coins.

The family that does it around here drives a very nice big black SUV, but they are in every city.

This chain would be worth 4500 in just melt value, so them selling it for a few hundred bucks should raise some red flags. I hate seeing the people that get con'd by this guy, it really hurts some people's pockets when they think they are doing some good.

If you are buying or selling gold always go to someone you trust. At today's prices it doesn't hurt to get second opinions.

We buy scrap at 70% of spot. More for finished pieces we think we can sell, and silver at 60%. It doesn't ever change and we will tell you if we think you'll make more selling it yourself online.

Be safe out there, I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful fall weather!

Good Afternoon Rose Jewelers Family

We wanted to give a heads up that we will be CLOSED October 27-29 for our yearly scheduled equipment maintenance and security updates, but otherwise we will be keeping our regular hours.

We are making some changes to the shop in order to better organize our jewelry fabrication and repair.

We will no longer be offering any services that we cannot do in house. I decided it was best to focus on what we do best, and not try to be a one stop shop. Watch repair, appraisals on pieces not made by us, bead stringing, and engraving on pieces not made in house are no longer available. Once our buildout is finished we may be able to hire more help and offer these services but for the time being we want to focus on jewelry.

Because of this we will be opening our books back up for Custom Jewelry, and Custom Bridal starting November 1st. It will be first come first serve, and have limited slots available before Christmas.

Our repair turnaround time is between 1 and 2 weeks for most repairs.

Thank you for keeping our little shop busy, we really appreciate you all!

Have a great week.

Jim

Hello Rose Jewelers Family

Thank you all so much for your interest in custom made pieces, those last 5 spots went quick! We are fully booked for the year and will not start penciling in new appointments until January of 2027 for jewelry using customer supplied stones.

We are still taking on a limited amount of made-to-order bridal pieces, or simple things like earrings and single stone pendants

Much love,
Your Rose Jewelers Team

Hello Rose Jewelers Family!

Thank you all for an awesome year this far! We've expanded our team, made plans for future expansion, and have updated all of our equipment to better serve you all. We couldn't do it without the support of our awesome community, and we do appreciate all the love and work you guys are throwing our way, so from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

That being said, our books are filling up fast for custom work. I can't believe I'm writing this in August, but we are down to 5 open spots left for the year for customer supplied custom work.

Just to clarify custom work we have limited spots left for:
This includes designs using customer supplied stones.
One of a kind jewelry doing concept creation from heirloom.
Custom work using imaging for recreation.
Ring recreation of a destroyed or lost piece.

Appointment work we can still do beyond the 5 at the current time:
Engagement Rings
Simple accented or bypass rings.
Rose Jewelers supplied material pieces.
Matching bridal bands
Or any of our pre-designed pieces that you would like re-created for yourself.
Insurance replacement work.

We currently have around 40 pieces awaiting approval. We are going to reach out to some that have been in that bucket for over a while and see if we are moving forward, otherwise we will have to open those slots up for new work and those pieces will need to get back in line for starting the projects. I don't like doing that, but my fear is everyone will come in the same time and we won't be able to accommodate the work load.

We are working to expand our shop to bring in more help, but with our current set up we are limited to how many we can do each week due to the time we take on each piece since they are made in house. We don't want to jeopardize quality for quantity.

We ran into some snags with the expansion, but we are working through them with the engineers/contractors/and township. Until that happens, I cannot expand our team any further at the moment aside from a role as a polisher/apprentice in the near future.

Please reach out if you are looking to have something made for Christmas this year sooner than later!

That being said, we are going to have several pieces ready to go for you jewelry lovers of our own design in store. We will do our best to post upcoming available pieces and any deals I can find on simple stuff, but we will be stocked for you Christmas shoppers looking for something special!

Thank you all and have a wonderful week.

Jim Rose

The team has been making some really neat designs based off 18th century art called Rococco. This pendant was designed using a customers supplied marquise diamonds as a very thoughtful gift for her niece.

We were given the opportunity to build a special ring for someone. We used a picture of the Teton mountains to create the backround, and their German shorthand pointer kicking up some grouse. The entire family had a special relationship with their family dog so it was an honor to be part of the memory.

Thank you for choosing Rose Jewelers!

We had the opportunity to build a replication of a costume piece of jewelry for a wonderful couple. It was a piece made to celebrate a life together that we were honored to be a part of.

2 tone solid 14k build. Stunning 2ct round center stone.

If you have an idea, our team can help bring it to life!
