•To order any jewelry you can drop us a message and book an appointment or attend a Live session on FB/ Instagram or buy through the Facebook shop.
•All orders will be considered final once you place an order and No cancellations are allowed.

book live you will have an opportunity to ask any questions related to the jewelry items and see them live.
•To order any jewelry during the live session, in the comments section type the number of the item. For Example - "035 - colour- $$". Then send us a screenshot on +1 4156910174 with the price of the item.
•Payments to be made immediately as soon as you place an order

•Order placed through Facebook Live/ WhatsApp/ Messenger, payments can be made by Zelle/Venmo. Payment must be made immediately after claiming your item.
•Orders when placed from Facebook Shop, payment can be done by credit/debit card. All payments are secured by Facebook. We do not store any credit/debit card information.

•Shipping charges are $5 per order for less than $60 order. Shipping is free for an above $60 order. For shipping in Canada flat rate of $15.
•All orders are shipped via USPS First Class. In case you want the order to be shipped through USPS Priority, that would incur extra charges.
•Tracking number will be provided once orders are shipped.
•Once payment is received, your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days.
•USPS First Class takes 3-5 business days and USPS Priority takes 2-3 business days.

•Order through Facebook Live, WhatsApp, or Messenger, NO returns/exchanges. If a product is damaged during the shipping, please reach out to us within two days of receiving your order. The item will be either replaced or we would refund the amount.
