Please know that at Vella's Jewelry we are taking your health and safety as well as that of our staff members seriously. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have about our process and we want to share with you what we are doing to help ensure everyone's safety. Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns during this time.

* Anyone needing to drop off repairs or pick up repairs may park in our parking lot and call at 865-938-0660 to let us know that you are outside and we will be happy to assist you without you needing to come inside the store itself. If you are picking up a repair, please be prepared to provide us with your claim ticket number and your first / last name.

* Our staff are cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces every hour that our customers may come into contact with (including the door handles for our entryway.

*Trying on of items in our showcases has been limited to serious inquiries only. Any items that is handled by a customer will be cleaned and sanitized before being returned to inventory. Staff may request that you use hand sanitizer that we will provide before handling our items and after returning them to our staff members. All physical contact will be limited during interactions.

* Our facility is equipped with both an air purifier as well as UV Germ Disinfecting Equipment.
