Good Evening! I hope you all are having a fantastic Sunday afternoon! It has been a while since I made a post to be sure we are all on the same page so I wanted to take the time to do that this evening!

My name is Brooke Faulkner and I own H&A Clay! But firstly and most importantly, I am a wife and a stay at home mom to two beautiful kids who are turning 4 & 5 this year! I also battle a painful chronic condition that unfortunately does affect my work at times. I only say that in this post to be transparent and to ask for GRACE if at times my business hours change or maybe my flexibility doesn't suffice, etc. I am a busy mom and wife but I LOVE creating handmade jewelry for you all. It is truly my passion and I enjoy every bit of it so I make it a priority as well. With that being said, I am in a position in life where this business can get more of my attention than it has in the past and I am excited to see where it takes me!

****Here are some things you need to know when you order!****

-My turn around time may vary per order for many reasons but is currently 3-5 business days! (If longer, I will let you know)
-I am local to Branford, Florida and pick up is always an option.
-I also offer shipping which is a $6 flat rate fee! (The cost is based on weight and decided by USPS.)
-I DO NOT OFFER MEET UP.** Unfortunately, I have tried this in the past and I do not find it to be the most sufficient way to get your items to you.
-I take CashApp ($brookefaulkner11) and Venmo () or Apple Pay (386-297-3762)
- Total must be paid in full before product can be made and shipped.
- I do NOT offer refunds once the product is made!
-If anything breaks or happens to your product, I ask that you let me know so I can make it right! I will remake or provide you with something else depending on the situation. Everything is handmade with much effort but things can still happen, and I never want an unsatisfied customer!! I am only human, not a machine unfortunately! lol
