EACH day has Rhythm or flavor to it. Is it a Green, Yellow or Red day? Green days are ripe for action, plans, celebrations, commerce, romance and building success. Yellow Days can be filled with distractions, obstacles or challenges - that can be overcome. It works well when you know when they are, so you can work with the chaos, and set realistic expectations for the day. Red days are lower energy of the month (except the 4 - 6 Mega Red Days each year, which are even more complicated), so it is best to chill and lay low on Red Days.
