My name is Rachael Lynn and I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. I am a lover of all things, especially jewelry and animals. I am a self-taught silversmith and love learning new techniques and processes - I learn something new every day! My hope is, that one day, I will be able to leave my normal 9-5 and strictly focus on what brings my heart joy, silversmithing. Each piece of my jewelry is uniquely handcrafted from start to finish. What makes 14/20 gold filled so special besides its cost effectiveness compared to gold? Durability 🙌 The outer layer of gold is 5 to 100 times thicker than traditional gold plating. It will not easily flake, peel, or rub off, and it can last anywhere from 10 to 30 years (or a lifetime with proper care). I get so much positive feedback on these rings and bracelets. Normally, I don’t post personal things on my business page, but this girl deserves a little extra attention today.

Today is her last day of high school, and I couldn’t be more proud. This year, she has worked incredibly hard. She went from struggling academically in the prior years to earning straight A’s and B’s, finishing last semester with an impressive 3.95 GPA. She has maintained those grades while working part-time, and watching her grow into the young woman she is today has been an absolute privilege.

If you feel inclined to celebrate her graduation and next chapter in life with a small treat, a coffee or chocolate croissant from Starbucks, her Venmo handle is below. No pressure at all, but every little bit of encouragement means the world.

And as if today wasn’t special enough, it also happens to be my 45th birthday. Honestly, I can’t think of a better birthday gift than watching her reach this milestone and seeing all of her hard work pay off.
