People ask me where Barberry & Lace is "based" and the honest answer still makes me smile... it's a studio in Las Vegas where every single piece is made by hand. My hands, and the hands of the small team I get to work alongside.

It started at my kitchen table back in 2010, somewhere between raising my kids and figuring out what I wanted to build. Sixteen years later I still hammer, stamp, and finish pieces the same way... a little slower than a machine, sure, but with all the care that a machine could never put in.

So when you open your package, you're not unwrapping something that rolled off a line. You're unwrapping something a real person made, thinking about the woman who'd actually wear it.

That's the part I'm still INCREDIBLY proud of.

Meet the earrings that quietly became our most-loved pair.

The Hammered Teardrop Studs are the ones you reach for on the mornings when you have exactly four seconds to feel put together... and somehow they go with everything. The leggings-and-a-tee days, the actually-got-dressed days, all of it.

Let me explain something nobody talks about with cheap earrings.

That ā€œgoldā€ finish? Itā€™s just a coating. A really thin one.

Underneath it is metal that your skin would never tolerate on its own ā€” and the only thing standing between you and irritation is that tiny layer of plating.

Now add sweat.
Salt and water are brutal on plated metals.
