Friday’s Favorite!

Not every piece is perfect… and that’s exactly why I love this one.

This 10K yellow gold carved cameo ring has clearly lived a life full of love. Over the years, it was worn often, carefully repaired more than once, and treasured enough that someone chose to preserve it rather than replace it.

The carved cameo has developed the soft character that only time can create, a beautiful reminder that jewelry is meant to be worn, loved, and passed from one generation to the next.

MONDAY'S FAVORITE

When Candace asked me to photograph a few of my favorite pieces in the store, this was the first one I reached for.

There’s just something about a natural Colombian emerald.

It isn’t the biggest stone in the case, but it doesn’t need to be. The moment the light catches it, it comes alive with the richest shades of green. Every time I walk by, it steals my attention.

One of my favorite details is the mixed-metal setting. The white gold basket makes the diamonds and emerald appear brighter, while the yellow gold band gives it that timeless vintage feel.
