It’s Monday October 19th Rockers and Readers!! The start of National Parenting Week!!

We put an extra table out, for the only day this week, until 4pm !! On it is a box of YA Chapter books, new fiction for adults, assorted parenting and cookbooks…..All In addition to the Little Ladybug Library and Kindness Rocks Garden being restocked for the day! 📚🐞📚

An update on the first stone Lauren painted for us!! Loving the updates from FRANCE!!

➡️Translation……🐞🐞Good evening,
Today, while passing through La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, we found a beautiful painted stone by Lauren Bretagne in memory of Alyssa, as well as a "Pink October" awareness pin—which I wore on my sweater all afternoon and will certainly wear again.
In its place, we left a cute ladybug stone created by Lili Manfredi🐞🐞⬅️

Speaking of y’all generosity…..belated gratitude for all these donations that have come in over the last couple of weeks!! We also received 2 boxes of cookbooks and 3 “blind date with a book” packages!!

Last week, on my way to see Linda at Lead to Read KC, I stopped to fill the completely empty Little Free Library on Valentine Road, behind Hamburger Mary’s Kansas City!! 📚❤️

Your continued generosity puts us in the wonderful position of being able to promote literacy in so many ways—including helping keep other Little Free Libraries stocked with books for our communities!! 📚💕

It’s Sunday October 18th Rockers and Readers!! Not only is it World Prayer Day, and Wolf Awareness Day but it is KC Chiefs Game Day ❤️🏈❤️

We put the extra tables out to celebrate the day with two boxes of YA Chapter books, new fiction for adults and tons of non-fiction for the whole family! Including many about math & Money, the spiritual reads, and activities …..All In addition to the Little Ladybug Library and Kindness Rocks Garden being restocked for the day! 📚🐞📚

It’s Saturday October 17th Rockers and Readers! It is Sloth Day and Black Poetry Day!

I added these books to the The Little Ladybug Library and placed these stones into the Kindness Rocks Garden!! Both are available every day, in all weather ☀️🌈🇺🇸

Spent the afternoon walking in the wind with Magical Alice and making new friends!! We decided if you put out a frog rock you get to meet a frog!! Of course a ladybug found us!!
