I hope you’ve all been having fun gettin those Pokemon trade binders ready for tomorrow!
I’m feeling less nervous and more ready myself 🙂
When you get to the trade tent; check in! If you don’t check in.. you won’t be entered into the giveaways 😞 and we don’t want that!
52 pre-registration bands and ids all prepped and ready.
When you check in we will scan over the cards you’ve brought for a quick check for obvious fan art and non official pokemon TCG cards. If these cards are found in your binder you will be given a team bag (small plastic baggy) to put them in so they don’t get traded for or confused with actual Pokemon cards. When your binder has been checked you will receive a wristband. Blue for 15+ green for 14 and under.
We’ve come to terms with the fact that we can’t prevent the adults from trading, but we can set ground rules that they should trade with each other and not the children. Trades should occur between same color wristbands. Kiddos wanting to trade older kiddos or adults will need their chaperone to be present for that trade.
