Customer came in with half of her diamonds in her. Ruby is missing all the prongs were were down all the way around. She's been wearing it for years. It's very sentimental to her. I replaced all the rubies and diamonds in all new prongs and it came out like brand new. Thank you for letting me work on your sentimental jewelry.
