What a couple of days, boys & girls! Freddie here, drinking coffee on a Sunday Morning (hope that everyone out there in social media land is doing great!). The dust has finally settled from the 2-day "Black Cats & Scally Caps" Event, put on us at Silver Shamrock Tattoo Company and to benefit our 4-legged furry pals at .c.spca ! Dozens of tattoos were done, a pile of stickers/decals were sold, and we raised $1500 for cause!
I Firstly want to say THANK YOU to my crew of and for going along with my crazy ideas to help the community. My Wifey for co-planning the madness and setting up shop in the front room for the past 2 days. Tori from the Clinton County SPCA for hanging out wIth us both days. Sienna and Kermit (who are both still available for adoption, BTW) for being our furry temporary Shop Managers on Friday & Saturday respectively. And, most of all, THANK YOU to everyone that came by, got tattooed, picked up some merch, donated a few bucks, and helped to make the event a success! We couldn't do it without you guys and gals! I know that some people didn't want to deal with the wait time or came by after we were done giving our numbers for the day, so we couldn't hook you up. Hopefully next time we can get ALL of you guys and gals in too!
Walk-in days are always fun. The hustle and bustle of it gets the blood pumping and keeps you on your toes all day.... but when it's a benefit to help out a great local cause? That's above and beyond anything else IMO.
We'll see all of you kids at the next one!!
