It’s been busy, but I wanted to take a moment to thank Rachel at the Lewiston Artisan Farmers Market for another amazing season, as well as all the talented artisans and everyone who came out to support us!

This past Saturday’s Fall Festival was so much fun. One of my favorite moments was teaching my youngest student yet how to play the steel tongue drum. She was a fast learner & pure joy! These little moments of connection are absolutely the most beautiful part of what I do. 🫶🏽

If you missed me, I’ll be back in Lewiston for the Haunted Market on Friday, October 30th, from 5–9 PM at Academy Park!

INNER YOGI DESIGNS began with one candle 🕯️

One candle can light millions more without losing its own flame. That thought has always been at the heart of my logo. We are all candles lighting the way for others through love, understanding & compassion. Those candles continue to burn beyond our time. That’s our gift to the world & it doesn’t cost a thing.

Seeing my logo come to life & become my silhouette brings that meaning full circle for me. Thank you to everyone who has shared their light with me along the way.

Fall in the Forest felt like a chance to pause.

At a place that holds so many stories, people stopped by my booth to share some of their own and make a little music. I love watching people discover the instruments and get a glimpse of meditation. For a moment, their attention is entirely on the sound they’re creating. I also had the honor of recording a few visitors sharing wisdom they’ve gained through life.

Deep conversations happen at every event I attend, but this setting brought a different kind of reflection. It reminded me that everyone has something to teach us when we take the time to listen. What we leave in others can transcend the years of our lives. To me, that’s what makes life worth living.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by INNER YOGI DESIGNS and shared your light. Thank you to Forest Lawn for inviting me and for all of the hospitality. A special thank you to Haus of Abundance for holding down my booth when I needed a hand and always lending your light.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had some interesting conversations with people I’ve met at events. One person will leave off on a thought and someone else will pick it up, with no idea I’d just been talking about the same thing. At times, it has felt like one conversation unfolding through many people.

It reminds me that we’re all connected. There’s a language beyond words that we can feel in one another and in nature.

With fall here and the first full moon of the season upon us, I felt called to let nature guide this unscripted meditation on letting go and returning to your truest essence.

A little advice from a tree: letting go is something we do over and over again until all the dead leaves fall. That release allows the tree to make it through winter. We have winters in our lives too, and sometimes letting go is how we make it through.

Set aside about 18 minutes for yourself to listen. Be gentle with yourself & always know you can come back home through your breath.

The event takes place in the meadow beside Forest Lawn’s historic chapel, a space for gathering and enjoying its beautiful fall landscape. Stop by booth 13 to browse my handcrafted semi-precious stone jewelry and take a moment to enjoy the sounds of the singing bowl and steel tongue drum.

There will also be vendors, crafts, pumpkins, apples, hayrides and tours!
