Getting ready for another great Market in the Park-et this Sunday, Oct. 18, at Washington Park, Denver! 10 am - 5 pm. I’ll be in the boathouse.
This is a sampling of some of the new upcycled vintage tin earrings I’ll have at the market. ♻️✨🍂 This time of year, I’m leaning heavily into fall colors. Hope to see you there!

🍂Saturday, Oct. 24, I’ll be at the Longmont Farmers & Artisan Market at the Boulder County Fairgrounds, Longmont.
🍂And on Nov. 7-8, catch me at the EBCA Autumn Artist Market in Barn A at the Boulder County Fairgrounds, Longmont.

🥳 10 YEARS! 🙌 I almost missed my 10 year anniversary today. (Thanks to my husband who saw a FB memory and told me about it. lol) It all started 10 years ago with chicken feather and upcycled leather earrings and evolved through the years to also include b**r & soda can earrings. Eventually the chicken feathers and b**r cans were retired (although I do still have some!). Today I continue to make leather earrings, as well as jewelry from vintage & thrifted tins.
I remember how nervous I was to make this announcement to “the world” and then how nervous I was when I eventually started applying to markets, asking stores to carry my work & applying to artist organizations. It’s been quite the journey!
Thank you to all of you who’ve been a part of it along the way. I couldn’t have done it without you! 🩵 Cheers to the next 10 years! 🥂♻️

✨Some highlights from September.✨ Sunsets, chickens, flowers, walks with the fam, 4 markets in the span of 11 days (!!), walks with Jasper, making ratatouille, garden gifts from friends, apple crisp, aspen trees in the mountains, new work & garlic from the garden.

Take a drive to see the fall leaves and then stop into the gallery (or vice versa). 🍂🍁 Also, there’s a new Art Cafe right next door that looks fantastic. ☕️ Thanks for shopping local! 🧡💛

🪴 Harlequin’s Gardens in Boulder is holding their annual Holiday Gift Market (a little early this year) from Oct. 1-Nov. 1.
♻️ There’s a full display of my upcycled tin and leather earrings there, as well as creations from many other local artists.

A few of the girls slowed down enough in the garden a couple evenings ago for me to snap their pics. 🐓
Hope you’re all having a good Sunday! I’d hoped to go into the mountains to see the fall colors today, but it didn’t work out, so I’m doing gardening and yard work instead and that’s good too. 👩‍🌾

Today’s Market in the Parket completes 4 events in 11 days for me and I am so grateful (and so exhausted). Thank you to everyone for the encouragement, support & purchases today. It means so very much! These are a few of the upcycled jewelry items that sold today. ♻️❤️✨
The schedule of my markets for the rest of 2026 (holy cow, I can’t believe we’re nearly in the last 3 months) will be coming soonish. Still have a couple I’m waiting on.
