Spotted: Robert Pattinson in Venice wearing Jaeger-LeCoultre’s new Master Control Chronometre Perpetual Calendar. Of everything JLC could have handed its newest ambassador, this is the most interesting watch the brand has released in years.

The Master Control Chronometre looks back to the 1973 Master Mariner Chronomètre, an early Jaeger-LeCoultre run at the integrated bracelet, and the perpetual calendar sits at the top of the line. It fits a full calendar across four subdials and a moon phase good until 2100 into a case measuring 39mm across and 9.2mm thick, with one recessed corrector at eight o’clock to set all of it.
