We operate in a secure manufacturing facility. For security reasons we can not allow walk-in guests / traffic. All visits must be by appointment only. With that being said, if you’re in the LA area and would like to see our engagement rings before you make a purchase, we would highly encourage it. Another practice we encourage (if you’re in the area), is picking your engagement ring up in person. This way you can inspect your purchase right there on the spot. Guys! This place is the absolute best, period. My ring is BEYOND stunning. I STILL CRY LOOKING AT IT, AND NOW I FINALLY HAVE IT ON MY FINGER.

I have been in love with their ring selections for more than 2 years. My fiancé chose the perfect ring from this site and it is literally the most stunning item in all the world. I get compliments CONSTANTLY and cannot stop loving it so much.

These rings are extremely unique. There are not many with designs even close to this, at least for all I've seen.

If that isn't enough to convince you to go for this, then let's focus now on their customer support. Not only is this the absolute most beautiful ring I have ever laid my eyes on, but this is also by far the best customer service I have ever had.

I have been speaking directly with one of their employees, Jim. He has been there for us since day one, checking in on the ring, assisting us with getting insurance, literally answering all questions and concerns quickly and professionally.

I was not an easy case. I admit it. I am a woman who has perfectionist sensibilities in all aspects of life, including this one. My fiancé and I also had TONS of questions. There had been some confusion and issues, and Jim smoothed everything over perfectly. I could not have asked for a better support in this process. He made sure we got what we needed and that we got it quickly and easily. He was truly the key for this entire review. My fiancé and I are forever thankful for Jim and this company as a whole.

Trust me when I say this, from the bottom of my entire family's hearts, give these guys a chance. You will not be disappointed. You run into any issues? You ask for Jim. He will resolve everything and be the buffer between you and thos who make the ring. He will be the middleman and do a dang fine job at it too. You will not feel concerned or worried at all and that says a lot.

For the most amazing quality, price and customer service, I wish I could give this place 10 out of 5 stars. They deserve it.
