o Los Angeles in 1977. Factory Direct has manufactured jewelry for the leading retail jewelers in the U.S.A. Our products have been featured in such retailers as Zales, J.C. Penneys, Sears, Macy’s, and many many others. Our jewelry is 100% manufactured and crafted in the U.S.A. We stand behind every single piece of jewelry we produce as being representative of our motto: price, service, and quality guaranteed. It is common practice in the retail jewelry business to overprice jewelry products by about 300%. In order to foster lasting, loyal relationships with our customers, we at FactoryDirectJewelry.com have decided to market our jewelry directly to our customers, with the promise to provide the same high-end jewelry that we have featured at the many retail jewelry stores around the U.S.A, but at a fraction of the cost! Due to the enormous fluctuation in the precious metals markets, especially the gold market, we have found it to be extremely unfair to deprive our customers of the beautiful gold jewelry designs that we have offered for so many years, simply because the prices are too high.
