Moon & Milk Moon & Milk creates handmade beaded jewelry centered in women's empowerment and cultural storytelling.

Each piece is an expression of femininity, authenticity, and boldness for the woman of today. Women all over the world have worn jewelry for hundreds of years to express themselves. Although the jewelry that a woman from Copenhagen wears may not look the same as the jewelry from a woman from Cuzco, at the end both women use jewelry to decorate their bodies and represent their culture whether they are aware of it or not. Both women have more in common than what they think and using jewelry to make a fashion, cultural, or political statement is something that ALL women have done throughout history. We cannot deny that we have different experiences and cultural backgrounds but let’s celebrate what unites us and let’s celebrate the brilliant women that have taught us that there are no limits other than our fears. Black Orchid it’s not just a jewelry website but it’s a tribute to all the kick-ass women that have left their mark in the history of the world.

I still cannot get over NYC🗽. I'm moving there 😎.

I had a very short stay in NYC, nevertheless I learned so much and I enjoyed every second of it!

Now I'm in Oaxaca, so your feed will be more colorful and in Spanish in the next coming days. I'm working on my new collection and it's going to be filled with gemstones and lots of blue hues. I'm still trying to get the final feel of it so I can start designing each pair. I will keep walking and wandering around the streets of Oaxaca until I get my eureka moment.

Last week I was in New York City for Nest's American Craft Convening!

It was truly amazing getting to know makers and creatives from across the US, and learning best practices in client relationships, e-commerce, and visual merchandising from the experts at Hermès. Hermès has been the brand I've looked up to and tried to emulate since the beginning of this crazy adventure I call Moon & Milk. The way they value craftsmanship, creativity, and independence, along with their artisan schools in France, is what turned me into an admirer of this aspirational brand.

Thank you, Nest, for this opportunity to learn how to grow Moon & Milk without losing its quality or its mission to celebrate women around the world.
And of course, thank you to all my beautiful clients for supporting me and sliding into my DMs with words of encouragement. I appreciate you so much 🥹🥰.

The Horse Fire of Hermès.

I made this one of a kind pair as a tribute to the design house I've looked up to since the day I started Moon & Milk. Hermès began in 1837 as a harness maker for horses, and 2026 is the Year of the Fire Horse 🔥🐴.

So I made her a horse on fire: amber and gold running through midnight blue, falling from a brass sun. It actually has Baltic amber cabochons not seen on the photos, I will show you guys this week the final look.

Last week l, I asked you to choose between midnight blue and brown, and some of you suggested both, so it sparked a new idea in me.

This week I'm in New York City for the American Craft Convening, hosted by Nest with Hermès. This pair is handmade by me to present it at the Convening.

Next week I'm showing my earrings to the Hermès team, and I need your help choosing the color!

I was selected for the American Craft Convening in New York City, hosted by Nest with Hermès. Since the day I started Moon & Milk, Hermès has been the brand I've looked up to for their craftsmanship and their belief that you cannot mass-produce quality. It's the same belief behind every pair I make. And let's not get started with their artisan schools.

So I'm making a one-of-a-kind pair to bring with me for the event.

Midnight blue or brown? Vote in the comments. The winning color goes to New York, and I'll show you every step of making it.

Christmas is around the corner and what better way for you to silence all that noise around you and calm your nervous system with beading!

There are many reasons I fell in love with beading, but my favorite one is that when I get on my creative flow, I forget about everything around me. I don't have a therapist and I don't meditate as much as I would like to but I find that beading keeps me sane! Because it's a freaking jungle out there guys...😅

I got an online tutorial + kits. Give it a try ❤️.

I drink less water than A.I and I'm only 5'1. I don't take that much space! So many reasons to choose ARTISANAL INTELLIGENCE over boring and uncreative A.I.
