With a growing business such as PaparazzI, some rules must to be applied so the business can run smoothly and fair for everyone.

• I will post before I go live. Please watch for the post. I will go live 1 day a week for now.
• I also order new inventory every week! Whenever you see me live I am showing you new inventory among other pieces I have. Some lives sales might have their own rules for that specific day. (tax free, games, etc)
• I will be giving each piece a number as I show my inventory in the video. ❗️FIRST PERSON ON MY SCREEN to type the number of the item gets the piece (unless I have multiples, must be the exact number, no typos)
• ❗️NO PASSING on an item later in the video. Once the item is claimed, it is your responsibility to pay for the it. If this happens more than once, you run the risk of being banned from the page. If someone else claims to you may let them have it if you like.
• I respect EVERYONE that comes to the page! So please be respectful when commenting on my sales and to the page. No mad faces 😡, no bad words 🤬 Everyone deserves respect! 😇
• ‼️This is a positive business page! Any negative comments made during or after the live, or anywhere else, will be removed and you risk yourself of being banned from the page. Being positive is the best way to communicate! ❤️

• After a live sale ends, IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE RED BUTTON that says "LIVE" it will say "RECORDED LIVE" which means I'm no longer live and cannot reply to your comments during the video. I will leave the video up for replay.
• ❗️If you want to claim some pieces take screenshots and PM (private message) me to see if it's still available.
• Always comment “ ” to let me know you are watching the video on replay.

✉️🚘 INVOICING & PAYMENT✉️🚘

• All I need is your email in order to invoice you. I use PayPal for the most part. You will be getting an email with a direct link to pay for your order. You do not need a PayPal account! It will let you pay with your credit or debit card.
• ‼️Invoices go out immediately after a live sale ends. YOU THEN HAVE 24 HOURS TO PAY YOUR INVOICE. If you do not pay within 24 hours, your invoice will be canceled and you risk yourself of being banned from the page.
• ‼️PayPal and Cash are the only options available to pay your invoice for now.
• ❗️I can only hold items for 24 hours. Once you pay for them they will go out the next day.
• ‼️ I will not be accepting “E-Checks” for payment as these require more time than the usual 24 hour period.

📦 📬 SHIPPING AND HANDLING: 📦 📬

• For the most part, shipping is based on weight and quantity. It will vary with the size of your package. ❗️Larger statement pieces, chunky heavy pieces and Zi pieces (and sometimes prizes you’ve earned being shipped with your order) will run a higher shipping cost.
• ❗️Combined shipping is available but ONLY for special occasions. No more than 2 days unless I approve it.
‼️ Once your items have left my hands, it is in the carriers hands to take care of your package. I always wrap your jewelry in tissue paper individually and I ALWAYS use bubble mailers to make them more secure.
‼️PRICES ARE THE FOLLOWING:
• Up to 4 pieces: $4.00
• 5 to 8 or larger pieces: $6.00
• 9 and over and Zi Collection: $7.95 (priority)
I do my shipping from home, the moment you pay for your invoice I prepare your order and get it ready to ship the same day!

• ❗️Local orders MUST BE PAID for within 24 hours. Options are: friends and family through PayPal or Cash upon pickup if within 24 hours. These are the only options for payment. If you are unable to pick up let me know! ❗️I can deliver the items to you, BUT, there will be a standard shipping cost of $4 in your invoice. You must make arrangements to pay within 24 hours or you will be banned from the page.

🔄 EXCHANGES/ DAMAGED ITEMS: 🔄

I always inspect every piece prior to every sale. If you receive a damaged item please let me know as soon as possible! ❗️I can exchange it or give credit for it within 7 DAYS of your purchase. But before that I need to see pictures of the piece to see if it's fixable. Paparazzi's inventory is constantly changing every week and sometimes even every day, I might not be able to exchange it for the same piece. ❗️Buyer will pay for return shipping.
