Everytime there is a new phase of this is what we have discovered in heath it always leads back to a life of simplicity. We should get the morning light, we should have our feet and hands touch the ground, eat whole foods, exercise, turn of screens, drink pure water and, we need hot and cold the list goes on. If we went back to the times when we raised our own food and, worked with the land this is the natural things we would be doing. We know how to heal its naturally placed in us and has been provided.

I thought you might be interested. I heard Elon Musk say that his competitor in the making of the AI are wanting to create because, it would be able to give him eternal life. Before hearing this I had looked up what Elons views on health are and, what I read is that he is working on or with to make a chip to implant into the brain that could bypass the function of the body. Lets say your thyroid is not functioning well. This would be able to communicate and, fix the thyroid without dealing with the many causes leading to the thyroid dysfunction. Many scientist are furious because, it goes against everything taught to man. Today I went to an online summit, it was basically preparing us for AI. The test that I have been studying the last few months works on a quantum gene level, and when paired with epigenetics it will be even more precise on understanding the exact function of an individual's make up. They say that human doctors can't even decide if we should eat a vegetable or a meat-based diet and,we go on to many directions not giving people a clear understanding on how to heal. The bodies communication system is so complex we will never figure it out or be able to learn all of the intertwined pathways but, AI can. Ai can compute the genetics and suggest what is needed to heal or prevent disease. All a ND or MD will need to do is key in information oversee things and communicate with you. I could see where that could be a limited need as well. This is just the beginning of understanding the transformations in health and in the world, but very interesting.
