Whether it be your wedding, graduation, engagement, or any other special moment, we strongly encourage you to start planning as soon as possible!
We suggest adding additional time for choosing the perfect piece for you. Browsing and decision time vary from person to person, and this will have an impact on your timeline. We also recommend giving yourself plenty of time for pick up or shipping before your event!
1. Our house collection, including our white diamond rings and gold bands, have a 4-week lead time without customizations.
2. If you want to add some fun detailing, such as hand engraving. This process generally takes 6-10 weeks from start to finish on your piece.
3. Our fastest turn-around, buying a finished piece in the showroom or shopping from our ready to ship and one of a kind collections, and only needing a resize generally takes 2 weeks to be ready for pick up or shipping.
4. Buying a piece available online in our ready to ship collection, or from our cases at Lackadazee’s storefront that do not need resizing or altering can be left with same day or will ship out within 1-3 business days.
5. Rush orders are available with a fee upon approval, if you are in need of a piece in a hurry, please email us and we will do our best to help.
Important Note: Lead times are start to finish of a piece once it is in production. Production begins when all design details are finalized and payment of at least 50% of the piece has been received, unless stated otherwise.
Customizations, by adding flush set stones to bands or choosing your own gemstones to go in one of our house settings, are currently closed.
Full customs, setting with personal stones and creating with bring-your-own-metal customs, are currently closed.
Given the small size of our team, we’re not always sure when customs will open back up.
