I was able to finish a couple of new pieces this week. They are copper and sterling silver. The smaller gemstone is composite turquoise and the larger is moss agate. I will upload videos, too because they look amazing at different angles.

Well, my knee pain got worse and I found out why. It will take my knee longer to recover than it did for my broken leg/ankle. SIGH!!!!

After a setback last week with my knee, I’m back on a better path to recovery. Unfortunately, the walking boot they gave me was way too big for me and caused extreme pain in my knee. So, despite the doctor’s advice, I’ve stopped using the boot after 8 days instead of 14. I’m now in an ankle brace and my knee feels better.

I hope to start back to making jewelry very soon.

Well, I did a clumsy thing. I broke my leg/ankle as we were loading up the van after a wonderful time in Florence at Arts Alive. It’s a good thing I shaved my legs this morning. 😂

The good news is that the break is clean and won’t need surgery. The doc said I can bear weight on it (ummmmm NOT HAPPENING with the major pain I’m in), so I’m in a boot.
