Which gemstone color is calling you?

I tried this myself and immediately saw white and clear. As I’ve been recovering from my concussion, I’ve been craving clarity and spaciousness, so those colors felt like a little reflection of what my soul is craving.

In my 25 years of creating jewelry and intuitively guiding people toward gemstones, I’ve noticed, without fail, the colors they were first drawn reflected their intuitions deep knowing…

And when they’d learn about the healing qualities of their favorite colored gems , I’d always hear: “That’s exactly what I’m moving through!”

I still love it when that happens:)

For me, gems are not the end all but a wonderful companion to meditation, intention, and everyday care, alongside whatever other support needed.

When I started making jewelry 25 years ago, it suited my personality. Quiet solitude, a love of beauty, creative expression, and time to dedicate to my spiritual practice. Being seen and heard was not part of the deal.

Then came Instagram. Branding. Be authentic. Yada yada yada.

Being afraid to be seen has many layers. For me, standing out has literally felt dangerous. More on that another day, but you get the picture.

It has taken me years to get past the fear of actually speaking on camera. It’s still not easy.

But I do it.

Would I rather hit the rewind button and have it just be me in my tiny studio, with no eyes on me? 1000 percent.

Annnd am I starting to enjoy the connections with customers I’ve never met, who live thousands of miles away, because of this tool? Absolutely.

So I suppose both are true.

And as far from “reality” as social media can feel, I’m finding that it can also help me work through the fear of being seen. The need to be perfect. To be liked. The worry that my opinions might upset someone.

To let myself be seen in the middle of it all and keep going.

Maybe that’s how we find our tribe, in real life and here.

One thing I know for sure: the world needs your gifts.

When we make space for our gifts to come online and share them with our family, friends and community, the world becomes a little brighter.

That can look different for everyone but the intent is the same: to bring more love into the world.

As I make space within my own field and share more of my gifts, this is what a typical day looks like ( a snapshot of yesterday):

6:30- snuggles with Rob and Hannah

7:30 ish Prayers and Meditation with matcha ( and Hannah )in the garden

8:00-8:30 feed Hannah in her Bailey chair

Google call with the amazing Sabrina @ Janine jewels to double check the CAD of a fine jewelry wedding necklace I designed for the most beautiful couple ( more on that soon)…

Wrote a newsletter to my insiders community sharing with them a channeled session with Byron- it’s on abundance and it’s SO good - you can find it on my substack ( link in bio).

Made two new Chrysocolla and Pearl pieces that I’m already obsessed with - trust me your spring wardrobe and nervous system need these.

Packed up two orders that needed repair and up-cycling ( DM me if any of your GR pieces can use an energetic upgrade/reinvention!)

Dropped off packages at the post office and took myself to the beach to ground and heal stuff coming up with all this expansion.This pink full moon has my inner child clamoring for my attention , I listened and gave her a lot hugs.

Doing the seven day nervous system challenge and listened to day twos meditation “Dropping into Beauty”

Wrote a few pages of my novel, One More Day.
