We offer an after school program. we are picking up kids from Fountain Lake School and parents pick child up at 5:30. We help with homework, allow kids to eat a snack and then we have martial arts class 3 nights a week, bible study on Wednesday, and PT training on Fridays. We also have little warriors class ages 4-7 on Tuesday and Thursday, children's class on Mondays and Thursday. Our adult classes are Monday Tuesday and Thursday. we have Zumba on Tuesday. We not only teach martial arts we teach a way of life!
