We finally were able to start the sewer main extension today for our Martha Lake project. When we buy land that requires a main extension we really have to do our homework and assume a lengthy timeline with a significant expense. Glad we are past all the hurdles!! Back in our control for the most part.

Nothing more exciting than building in our home town! This one is just around the corner from the high school we attended along with all of our kids. After more than three decades of owning rental properties, we thought we had seen it all, but recent events have proven otherwise! 2 tons of garbage in the home. In our view, the last picture might have contributed to this behavior.
