If you’ve been with me for a while, you know I’ve worked hard to keep my prices as low as possible for as long as possible. Truthfully, this is a change that probably should have happened quite some time ago, but I’ve done my best to hold off for as long as I could.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it allows me to continue offering the quality materials, growing selection, and experience you’ve come to expect from us. 💖

She loved the memory, just not the fit. ✨

This client had just gotten a bracelet on vacation but wasn’t happy with the fit. There was an extra link hanging from the chain, and when she asked if it could be resized, she was told this was the best that could be done.

A quick adjustment, removal of the extra link, and a proper fit later, now she loves it! 💕

I completely forgot to snap photos before she left, but thankfully she sent me some before and afters so you can see the difference for yourself.

Sometimes the smallest details make the biggest difference.

UPDATE:

The customer from my previous post has reached out, and the issue has been completely resolved. It was a technical/payment processing issue, exactly as I believed it was.

I want to clarify that my original post was never intended to accuse or shame anyone. It was simply made in hopes that it would reach the right person because I truly believed it was an honest mistake and that they would make it right if given the opportunity, which they absolutely did.

While I appreciate everyone who helped share the post, I was disappointed to hear that some people took it upon themselves to comment on this individual’s personal photos and call them a thief. That was never the intention of my post, nor was it a conclusion I had reached myself.

The internet is a powerful place, and in this case it did exactly what I hoped it would do, it connected me with the customer, and the issue was resolved quickly.

Thank you to everyone who helped get the post seen, and a special thank you to the customer for reaching out and making it right. ❤️
