Turns out, there are still wonderful people who own great small businesses and provide excellent customer service!! I've been a customer for many years and I always have a 5 star experience. Today the battery in my tricky old watch was changed, while I waited. I was in the store no more than ten minutes, during which time I had a lovely conversation with one of the owners. My faith in friendly, helpful customer service is restored!

I went in to have a ring cut off, Chris provided wonderful service and education. Everyone in the shop was friendly. Very clean and professional environment. I will definitely be back to have my ring repaired and resized.
