Roxana Valdes-Lynch is a headwear and jewelry designer, born and raised in Venezuela, currently residing in Miami, Florida where she thrives since leaving her beloved country to expand her horizons in 2003. ington, Delaware within her field, and also worked as a graphic designer, beginning to cross over into the world of art and fashion. Having a curious nature, her intuition and dedication led her to fuse the analog and the digital worlds through the merging of “ bits and beads”, culminating in the pursuit of Accessory Design as her new passion. In 2010 she founded Banana Graphika, a design shop focusing mainly on handmade graphic hair accessories and specialty gifts. Her brand celebrates the charm of Latinas, their attitude and cultural identity. The creative process and demand behind Banana Graphika’s pieces eventually led her to create a second brand inspired by the historical and heroic significance of her own name “Roxana”. Launched in late 2014, Roxana Lynch, is a new brand of hair and body couture jewelry. Her background as a graphic artist has helped to create collections and bespoke jewelry with a signature aesthetic. The chic style of her exquisite handcrafted, intricate accessories, go from luxurious “Goddess” to fearless “funky fun.” Roxana blends traditional arts & crafts techniques with unique modern thinking. She has collaborated in the fashion industry with recognized brands, designers, photographers, celebrity stylists, artists, singers and representatives from the world of beauty pageants. Jimmy Crystal NY, Lisu Vega, Elsy Aumann, Leonardo Rocco, Alfredo Andreani, Joey Rolon, Periko & Jessy Leon, Damaris Aguiar are representative of her many collaborators. Roxana Lynch the new brand, had a significant presence in Funkshion Fashion Week, Art Basel, and the West Palm Beach Fashion Week. Also, she and her headpieces have received notice and been published in online learning platforms, trend and fashion blogs, newspapers, magazines and editorials, radio and television programs, stage plays, video clips and movies. Her brand has been featured in multiple media venues including NBC, Telemundo, Univision, Mega TV and TV Azteca. Roxana has also written and/or contributed to publications such as The Huffington Post, The Plan Magazine and El Sol Latino Newspaper. Worn by individuals who are stylish, creative and authentic, the Roxana Lynch brand is ever-evolving.
