Paul’s Jewelers Celebrates Grand Opening of 7C’s Café, Blending Fine Jewelry and Exceptional Coffee Under One Roof
WEST ALLIS, Wis. – For nearly 60 years, Paul’s Jewelers has been a trusted destination in the Milwaukee area for fine jewelry, expert craftsmanship, and custom design. Now, the beloved family business is introducing an exciting new experience with the grand opening of 7C’s Café, a one-of-a-kind coffee destination located inside the jewelry store and complemented by a striking golden coffee trailer outside.
Founded in 1967 by Greek immigrant Paul Anton, Paul’s Jewelers began on Milwaukee’s South Side before expanding to its current home on National Avenue in West Allis. The business was proudly led for four decades by Paul’s daughter, Vivian, before being acquired by entrepreneur Mitch Prejbeanu, whose vision is to create a destination where exceptional hospitality meets exceptional craftsmanship.
The addition of 7C’s Café reflects that vision by bringing together two handcrafted arts: jewelry and coffee. Guests can browse engagement rings, explore custom jewelry design, or redesign treasured heirlooms while enjoying expertly prepared espresso drinks, gourmet cookies, and premium chocolate.
The café’s name celebrates the fusion of two worlds. It combines the traditional Four Cs of diamond grading—Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight—with Coffee, Cookies, and Chocolate to create the Seven Cs experience.
Outside, visitors will find the eye-catching golden coffee trailer serving fresh beverages for commuters and neighborhood guests alike, while inside they can relax in a beautifully designed café space that seamlessly complements the elegance of the jewelry showroom.
Everyone is invited to meet barista Anisa and sample the café’s signature beverage, The Adult Mocha—a customizable blend of freshly ground espresso, melted dark chocolate shavings, milk, and cream.
