If you’ve been wondering why MerMade has been a little quiet lately… well, I’ve been busy making a different kind of art. 🖼️

For the past several months, I’ve been deep in rehearsals, rewrites, choreography, and production for SHRINK / we all need one — the rock musical I wrote and directed, coming up September 17–20 at Luminary Arts Center in Minneapolis.

So while I haven’t been making quite as much jewelry lately, I have been making a whole lot of other things. 😂

I’m excited to share a little peek at what has been taking up so much of my time — and invite you to come see it!

Opening night on 9/17 is Community & Industry Night — pay what you can/donation only. The weekend matinees are also Community Matinees with sliding-scale tickets starting at $10, because accessibility matters to me both in my therapy work and my art.

And don’t worry — MerMade isn’t going anywhere. 🧜‍♀️ I’ll be back to making shiny things soon.

From its start as a handmade knitwear studio, Elsewhere has grown into a beautiful space celebrating craftsmanship, sustainability, and talented makers. I’m so excited to have MerMade included in this inspiring community.
