This sparkling statement piece was made with gemstones pulled from our client's family jewels. Our client expressed wanting to use the diamond melee but wasn't keen on having a halo around the dark blue sapphire. With this in mind, we lifted the sapphire up into a bezel, pavé set the diamonds on the top of a wide band, and transitioned the setting style along the sides of the band to be star set; creating a waterfall of trickling stars.⁠

With even more diamond melee to work with, we'll be updating this design with a set of bands that will add to the sparkle. Stick around to see how our next designs shape up for this ring!

We're wishing a happy engagement to our lovely client Kate, whose elegant bezel set sapphire turned out to be the perfect match to her southwestern surroundings! She picked out a one-of-a-kind stone from our local friend and we designed a custom ring to make sure the sapphire was the star of the show. Congrats to the happy couple!
