Usually I plant the dahlias on Mother’s Day. This year I went to CA to see the roses instead. So Caitlyn ( my garden angel) has helped with all prep and today we plant! Looking forward to seeing my old friend’s (and some new ones)

Spent two full days in the gardens with Gregg & Steve at their insanely magical property, in Sebastopol Ca. For those who aren’t familiar Gregg Lowery is one of the the world’s great rosarians(In my humble opinion.) They have “ The Friend’s of Vintage Roses” non profit. My mind and heart are still spinning from the amount of beauty and magic taken in. We had the best visit, and to spend a full day taking cuttings with Gregg and hearing soo many wonderful stories about each rose we took cutting from was nothing short of a pinch me moment. Im pleased to say I came home with 30 plus new varieties to add to our collection! Truly the roses have made my heart& spirit so happy. Being able to share these beauties is the icing on the cake! While I started this part of my flower journey at 60, it feels like the most exciting chapter yet!Im feeling so inspired after my quick trip! The last photo is all the roses Gregg picked and handed me in our cutting adventures. The rode home with me❤️

Ok folks,we are ready for at the Master Gardener’s plant sale! At Skagit Co. Fair Grounds today May 9th, 8-2! Swing by and let’s talk roses, and find you a beauty or two to take home:) These old heirloom varieties are so special. It’s like planting a little piece of history, to share for the years to come! I love them so much!

Sarah & Elizabeth ❤️ I had the honor of flowering a wedding for these two amazing humans in early October. Their wedding was so sweet and so them! In the forest near Port Townsend. So many charming magical details✨It’s such a gift when a couple trusts you to do what you do. This was one of my favorites to date. Thank- you Sara & Elizabeth for letting me be part of your special day! Photos thanks for all your assistance!
