If you’ve been following along with us, you know Charlene has written a beautiful book inspired by the photography of Wendy Floyd. 💜

“Psalms of My Heart” is a special collaboration pairing Wendy’s breathtaking images of God’s creation with Charlene’s heartfelt words inspired by each photograph. Together, they created something truly meaningful — a reflection of faith, beauty, and God’s presence in the world around us.

Today, we want to introduce the talented photographer behind the book, Wendy Floyd. Through her lens, she captures the beauty of nature in a way that makes you stop, breathe, and truly appreciate God’s creation. We are so thankful for the passion, talent, and heart she poured into this project.

Here’s what Wendy had to say about the inspiration behind the photography featured in Psalms of My Heart:

“God made this world and everything in it! As I observe what is here, I am thankful for His ultimate design and beautiful combinations of color and variety. I am always comfortable in the presence of nature and God’s work. My passion is to share these moments with you. I feel like He guides me to places from the smallest flower or insect to the grandest sunset. It is something I love and take seriously.

As I shared these shots with Charlene, God gave her His words to describe them from His perspective. How great is that!!

🌟 Employee Spotlight of the Month: Melanie 🌟

If you’ve visited our store, there’s a good chance Melanie has helped make your experience feel welcoming, easy, and memorable. 💎 From helping customers find the perfect piece to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, she does it all with kindness, patience, and a genuine love for people.

As our Operations Manager and a GIA Graduate Diamond Grader, Melanie brings over a decade of experience to our team. She’s currently continuing her studies with the Gemological Institute of America to become a Graduate Gemologist, and is also certified by the Diamond Council of America in Jewelry Sales and Diamonds. Her knowledge and attention to detail help customers feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

But beyond all of her accomplishments, Melanie is simply one of the sweetest people you’ll meet. She has a calming presence, a heart for helping others, and always goes the extra mile to make people feel special.

She’s also embracing one of her most important new roles—being a mom to baby Millie! 🥰 If you’ve noticed our adorable little jewelry model on Facebook lately, that’s Melanie’s sweet girl stealing the spotlight.
