This weeks whimsy report 🧚🏻
-I had such a fun time at making what I’ll call *whimsical* containers.
-spent the week celebrating, time flies!! I’ve loved seeing the thoughtful, funny, curious kid my son has become.
-I’ve been enjoying painting silly little paintings. What should I paint next?
-the squirrels at our house are so determined (or just food motivated)
-say yes to impromptu summer adventures!

Things that brought me joy this week:
✨an amazing thrift haul
✨playing at with my boys
✨watching all the birds, squirrels, chipmunks play outside my windows (but I did not enjoy seeing a snake on my porch 😅)
✨lighting a candle in the middle of the day. Shout out to for helping me make a candle with my new signature summer scent
✨I signed up my son for our library’s summer reading challenge and saw they had one for adults. I joined because I need to read more instead of scrolling and to show my boys adults read for fun too.
✨sent my floral moon necklace off to a new (famous) home

After going from being a full time artist to stay at home mom of 2 with little time to create, I realized how imperative making things was for my mental health. 🤪
