Day 5: E - Express: The MOTHER Method

Starting or ending your day with a little journaling to help you process the day is a great way to release energy from events that occur, preventing them from getting stuck in your body.

Don't like to write? Grab the notes app on your phone and speak into it. If you don't want a record, delete it.

Say what you need to say to the people you need to say it too. They might appreciate your honesty. When we hold in the truth, we only heard ourselves. Not speaking up can actually show up as chronic pain and dis-ease over time.
