These bouquets made their debut at my first show of the season and disappeared surprisingly fast, so I spent some studio time making sure Nashville gets a much bigger selection.
Next stop: American Artisan at Artville in Nashville Artville Nashville
And the soundtrack? My cousin’s song(June , which feels pretty perfect for the occasion. I have a feeling you’re going to be hearing a lot of it around here over the next week or so.

A few things left the studio today.
There's something really satisfying about seeing finished pieces packed up and ready for their new homes.
And after being a little inconsistent with sharing lately, I'm easing back into it by simply showing you what's actually happening around here.

If you have multiple piercings, you already know how hard it is to find those little earrings that go with everything. People ask me questions about my Teeny Tuesdays all the time, so I thought I'd answer a few of my favorites.
"What inspired this one?"
Usually, it's not a specific place. It's a feeling. Maybe it's a quiet morning, a walk, or a moment that made me slow down. I try to paint the feeling first and let the rest follow.
"Why make them so small?"
I love that something that fits in the palm of your hand can still make you stop and look. Tiny doesn't mean less meaningful.
"Do you have a favorite?"
It changes every single week. There's always one that surprises me while I'm painting it, but once they're finished, I love seeing which one speaks to someone else.
"How do you know when it's finished?"
That's always the hardest part. I stop when one more brushstroke or one more stitch feels like it would take away instead of add to the piece.
"Do you make prints of these?"
No that's what makes thwm so special, thwre is only one. Every week I get to start over with five more little stories, and I honestly can't imagine not making them.
I'd love to know which one would you take home if you could only choose one?
