Four brooches, two centuries of design.
The crescent moon and star were signature Victorian motifs — the moon read as a symbol of the feminine and new beginnings, the star as guidance toward the wearer’s destiny. Both pieces here are hand-set with old mine and rose cut diamonds in silver-topped gold.

The circular cluster shares that same construction, diamonds tiered outward in three rings.

Decades later, the Art Deco onyx brooch answers in platinum — geometric lines, a striking contrast to the softer Victorian pieces before it.
