We had the honor of creating a custom lapel pin for , and this one meant something special.

For this project, we took their logo and gave it a little New Orleans flair, then brought it to life as a custom pin that represents both their brand and their mission.

College Track New Orleans is doing powerful work through a 10 year after school program that helps students from underserved communities get to and through college. From academic support and leadership development to financial guidance, advising, and scholarships, they are helping open doors and create real opportunity for young people across our city.

✊🏽 At NOLA Pins, we’re honored to commemorate the powerful “I AM A MAN” and “I AM A WOMAN” movement with these 2 great pins—a symbol of strength, resilience, and unity in the fight for civil and workers’ rights. This movement, which became a rallying cry during the Memphis sanitation strike of 1968, was led by courageous men and fearless women who stood side by side, demanding justice, respect, and equality.

The movement may have begun with men at the forefront, but it was fiercely upheld by the women who supported, inspired, and marched with them every step of the way.

These pins are a tribute to that legacy and to everyone continuing the fight for equal rights. 💪🏽
